Attorney position at a top AmLaw firm, advising multinational companies and startups on visa strategy, employment compliance, and cross-border workforce planning. Handle immigration filings, regulatory matters, and international HR issues for corporate clients.

The work:

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN visas)
• Manage green card applications and permanent residency processes including PERM procedures
• Advise multinational employers on international employment policies and hiring compliance
• Prepare equity compensation analyses for global workforces
• Build expertise in employment law across multiple jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of corporate immigration law and visa petition experience
• Practical experience preparing and filing employment-based visa petitions
• Track record advising multinational companies on compliance matters
• State bar admission in California or New York
• Knowledge of global employment and equity compensation, or ability to develop it
• Compensation: $160K-$365K annually (varies by location and experience)
