Debt finance role in a global practice. You'll advise clients on leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, fund finance, and syndicated lending. The work spans acquisition financings, refinancings, and liability management, with exposure to both lender and borrower perspectives on complex cross-border transactions.

The work:

• Advising on acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management arrangements, and syndicated facilities
• Handling lender-side and borrower-side mandates across domestic and international transactions
• Structuring financings for asset-heavy and infrastructure portfolios

What they're looking for:

• 3-8 years of debt finance experience
• Sponsor-side or private credit experience preferred
• Strong academics and New York bar membership or admission eligibility
• Team player with entrepreneurial approach
• Background at peer firms valued
