Join a national finance and banking firm's corporate trust practice, representing trustees and collateral agents in structured finance transactions. This role offers geographic flexibility, with the opportunity to work from any of the firm's offices across the United States.

The work:

• Represent trustees and collateral agents in structured finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for complex structured finance deals
• Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services
• Develop expertise in corporate trust and structured finance transactions

• 1-5 years of structured finance or banking legal experience
• Particular interest in representing trustees and collateral agents
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated success in previous legal roles
• Maturity and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Current state bar license in good standing
