A Vault top 10 firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits attorney with 6+ years of ERISA and qualified retirement plan experience. Compensation range $390,000+.

The work:

• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plan compliance
• Draft plan documents, disclosures, and manage compliance testing
• Handle IRS and Department of Labor filings, audits, and correction matters
• Counsel clients on benefit plan issues in M&A transactions and other corporate transactions
• Support ESOP transactions and ERISA plan asset analysis

What they're looking for:

• 6+ years advising on qualified retirement plans and ERISA compliance
• Experience with plan documents, disclosures, and regulatory filings
• Background with M&A and transaction-related benefit matters
• Strong writing and analytical capabilities
