Compensation Associate, Multiple US Locations · Global Finance Powerhouse

Vault top-tier global firm seeking mid to senior-level attorney with four to eight years of compensation and benefits experience. Our team advises multinational clients on complex executive compensation, employee benefits, and equity compensation matters with particular expertise in M&A and organizational transactions.

The work:

• Advise public and private companies on executive compensation structures and equity arrangements
• Support compensation-related due diligence and integration in transactions and restructurings
• Draft and review equity plans, grants, and compensation documentation
• Counsel on international compensation and benefits issues

What they're looking for:

• Four to eight years of compensation and benefits practice experience
• Demonstrated expertise in transactional and M&A matters
• California bar admission required
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
• Large law firm background preferred
