Capital Markets Knowledge Management Associate, Washington, D.C. · Vault Top 10 Firm

A capital markets attorney role in knowledge management at a Vault top 10 firm. The position bridges substantive legal expertise with emerging AI capabilities, designing tools and resources for equity and debt practitioners across the firm.

The work:

• Manage the capital markets training curriculum: develop new programs, track attorney development, coordinate firm-wide initiatives
• Create market intelligence: identify regulatory and legal developments, publish attorney updates and client alerts, track market trends
• Build knowledge resources: develop and maintain standard forms, client-ready materials, and practice guides
• Lead AI innovation: design and deploy AI-powered workflows for attorneys and clients, translate knowledge resources into AI-ready formats, coordinate adoption across the group

What they're looking for:

• Active law license and 5+ years capital markets or securities law experience
• Deep expertise in securities acts, Delaware corporate law, and corporate governance
• Comfort with equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons), debt offerings, and public company disclosure
• Strong written and oral communication; excellent project management
• Intellectual curiosity about legal technology and AI platforms (prior AI experience not required)
• Solo initiative and ability to collaborate across practice groups
