Immigration law firm seeking senior associate with 5-8 years of experience to manage complex matters for established clients. You'll counsel clients on immigration strategy and lead associates.

The work:

• Develop immigration strategies for complex client matters and counsel senior executives
• Build and strengthen client relationships through meetings, briefings, and client communications
• Research and resolve technical immigration issues; oversee case preparation and filings
• Supervise associates, providing direction and performance feedback
• Support business development, proposals, and new client initiatives
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

What they're looking for:

• JD or LLM with active bar membership (US state or DC)
• 5-8 years of associate-level immigration practice
• Experience supervising other attorneys
• Comprehensive immigration law expertise
• Ability to advise on client strategy and sector-specific immigration issues
• Strong communication and analytical skills
