Top-tier global firm seeking business immigration associate for New York. The role focuses on employment-based immigration for multinational corporate clients, with substantial direct client contact and opportunities to lead client teams.

The work:

• Advise on employment-based immigration: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, E-2, I-140
• Handle PERM labor certifications and adjustment of status matters
• Draft immigration documentation and provide ongoing compliance counsel
• Maintain direct client relationships across multiple matters

• 5-10 years of corporate immigration experience
• Track record with employment-based immigration matters
• Strong client service skills
• JD from accredited law school; admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction

Compensation: $200,000-$265,000 based on experience.
