This Magic Circle firm seeks an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer for a 6-12 month full-time engagement in Sydney. The role offers the opportunity to advise on compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations within a leading financial services organization, available on a flexible basis.

The work:

• Document and implement compliance frameworks aligned with Australian Corporations Act requirements
• Advise financial services clients on regulatory obligations and risk management
• Develop and refine compliance processes and regulatory controls
• Work on specialized compliance projects on an autonomous basis

What they're looking for:

• 10+ years of Banking and Finance legal experience
• Expertise in compliance obligations and regulatory frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Corporations Act
• Current practising certificate
• Right to live and work in Australia
• Ability to work independently and adapt to organizational needs
