This leading labor and employment firm represents clients across employment disputes and compliance matters. The Winston Salem office seeks an associate for its litigation group to handle civil cases with an employment law focus.

The work:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Prepare briefs and case strategy materials
• Manage ongoing litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial preparation
• Work with clients on claims across various employment contexts

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Background in employment law preferred
• Strong research and writing skills with excellent attention to detail
• North Carolina bar admission or ability to meet admission requirements via UBE
• Self-directed work style balanced with strong collaboration skills
