Mid-level associate position in labor and employment law with a management-side focus. The firm represents employers across a range of labor matters, from contract negotiations to dispute resolution. This role provides exposure to all major aspects of labor relations work, including NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.

The work:

• Advising employers on National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) matters
• Representing clients in labor arbitrations and NLRB proceedings
• Negotiating collective bargaining agreements and handling related disputes
• Managing unfair labor practice charges and union organizing campaigns
• Legal analysis and documentation supporting employer positions

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of labor relations or union-focused law experience
• Strong academic credentials and law firm background
• Excellent analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills
• Ability to navigate complex labor law issues quickly and effectively
• Missouri bar admission required
