A leading employment law firm is hiring a senior-level associate for its Minneapolis office to focus on litigation. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and handles significant employment disputes and workplace regulatory matters.

The work:

• Represent employers in employment and labor litigation
• Handle matters involving wage and hour law, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Advise on workplace compliance and employment-related risk management
• Apply modern legal technology and analytical tools to enhance work product and efficiency

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with labor and employment law background
• Strong academic credentials
• Minnesota bar license
• Comfort with and interest in applying current legal technology platforms
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborative working style with independent judgment and strong client focus
