This is an opportunity to join a major employment law team at a top-tier firm. The position focuses on employment litigation and counseling, including work on non-compete and trade secret disputes, class action matters, and employment advisory work.

The work:

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including class action defense
• Handle non-compete and trade secret disputes
• Provide employment law counseling on compliance and strategy issues
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Support client matter management and communications

What they're looking for:

• 5-6 years of experience in employment law practice
• Background in both litigation and counseling preferred
• Non-compete and trade secret litigation experience a plus
• Class action litigation experience valued
• Strong writing and analytical capabilities
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in California
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships
