The work:

• Structuring and compliance for employee ownership and equity arrangements
• Deferred compensation and tax-qualified retirement plans
• M&A advisory and transaction planning
• Corporate governance matters
• Strategic business counsel to portfolio company clients

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years in corporate law or compensation and benefits practice
• Strong academic background
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex matters independently
• Active bar admission in practice jurisdiction

Salary: $260,000–$420,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
