Debt finance practice advising lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on complex cross-border financing transactions. The team structures syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, and other complex debt instruments, with expertise in both secured and unsecured facilities.

The work:

• Advising top-tier lenders and sponsors on complex cross-border debt transactions
• Structuring and documenting syndicated and bilateral financings across multiple jurisdictions
• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and related contracts
• Overseeing due diligence and document management
• Managing communication across clients, counterparties, and internal teams
• Contributing to practice growth and development

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in banking or finance
• Experience across acquisition, leveraged, syndicated, and bilateral financing structures
• Strong analytical capability and commercial judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under pressure
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
