The work:

• Structure compensation packages in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions
• Advise on executive compensation arrangements and plan design
• Navigate tax and securities law considerations for benefits programs
• Handle multi-jurisdictional employment and benefits issues
• Work with clients ranging from startups to established enterprises

What they're looking for:

• Minimum three years of tax or benefits and compensation experience
• Understanding of corporate transactions and their compensation implications
• Knowledge of tax, securities, and employment law principles
• Strong analytical and drafting capabilities
• Based in or relocating to New York
