This leading labor and employment firm handles employment disputes across traditional labor law, litigation, and regulatory compliance. The Northern Virginia office seeks an associate to deepen its employment litigation practice.

The work:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests in employment litigation
• Prepare initial pleadings and argue motions in employment disputes
• Conduct depositions and witness interviews
• Prepare administrative submissions including EEOC documentation and position statements
• Build proficiency across the full litigation lifecycle
• Contribute to a collaborative, hands-on practice environment

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years focused on employment law matters
• Competency with discovery, pleadings, and motion practice
• Experience or comfort with taking and defending depositions
• Virginia bar admission or eligibility for admission via waiver
• Strong analytical and writing capabilities
• Interest in developing deeper expertise in employment litigation
