A Vault top-tier firm with a leading funds practice serving institutional investors and asset managers. The practice advises on fund formation and structuring across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, direct lending, real estate, infrastructure, and energy strategies.

The work:

• Advise on fund formation and structuring across jurisdictions
• Draft and negotiate fund governing documents
• Support compliance and implementation of fund products
• Work across multiple asset classes from traditional PE to infrastructure and renewables

What they're looking for:

• 1-6 years of fund formation experience at a top-tier firm
• Knowledge of fund structuring and US/international regulatory requirements
• Strong legal writing and analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
