Antitrust Associate, District of Columbia · Vault Top 10 Firm

A Vault Top 10 firm seeks a competition associate with 3-4 years of post-JD experience for its global antitrust practice. The work spans merger review and clearance, cartel investigation and defense, private and government litigation, and ongoing compliance counseling.

The work:

• Handle antitrust litigation in courts and before regulatory agencies
• Manage transactional competition review and deal counseling
• Conduct investigations and defend regulatory enforcement actions
• Advise on competition compliance and risk mitigation

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years post-JD experience (judicial clerkships excluded)
• Demonstrated experience in antitrust litigation, transactional competition matters, and regulatory investigations
• Background with FTC enforcement, Department of Justice cases, and state attorney general investigations
• Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
