ADA Title III Litigation Associate

Join an Am Law 50 firm's specialty ADA Title III team, which handles a significant portion of the nation's 12,000+ annual ADA Title III federal lawsuits. The position is flexible—based in Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.

The work:

• ADA Title III and equivalent state disability discrimination lawsuits
• Defending Fortune 500 clients in federal and state courts
• Public accommodation and disability compliance counseling
• DOJ and agency investigation response
• Complex disability rights litigation
• Close collaboration with specialists in the firm's nationwide ADA practice

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience
• Single plaintiff and class action discrimination lawsuit experience
• ADA Title III and Fair Housing Act experience preferred
• Admission to Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar required
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Top academic credentials

Compensation: $305,000-$350,000 annually. Role includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), annual merit increases, and performance-based bonus eligibility.
