A leading national white-collar defense practice seeks an associate to represent clients in government investigations and complex fraud matters. You'll manage matters from investigation stage through grand jury proceedings, trial, and appeal.

The work:

• Represent clients responding to civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and investigative requests
• Litigate criminal and civil fraud cases, including False Claims Act and healthcare compliance matters
• Advise on regulatory implications under healthcare law (FDA regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute, and related requirements)
• Draft responsive filings, motions, and advocacy materials for government inquiries

What they're looking for:

• Two to four years of government investigation or fraud defense experience
• Demonstrated strength in legal research, writing, and analysis
• Preferred background in healthcare regulatory matters
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or Washington, DC
• Strong academic record and excellent communication ability
