A leading global-platform firm is hiring a mid-level associate for its venture capital and corporate practice, based in Boston or New York. The work centers on financings and corporate counseling for emerging companies and their investors. You would advise founders and funds across the growth cycle.

The work:

• Handle venture financings from seed rounds through late-stage raises
• Represent startups and investors on term sheets and definitive documents
• Advise on formation, equity plans, and general corporate matters
• Support M&A exits and secondary transactions for portfolio companies

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of venture or corporate experience
• Comfort advising founders and investors directly
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or New York, or eligibility
