Venture Capital and M&A Associate, Boston and New York · Leading IP and Corporate Firm

This mid-level role combines emerging company and venture capital work with mergers and acquisitions, offering the opportunity to build dual expertise. Positions are available in Boston and New York.

The work:

• Advising emerging companies and growth-stage investors on venture capital transactions
• Representing buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border M&A
• Managing strategic transactions for public and private company clients
• Providing full deal lifecycle support with significant client contact
• Developing proficiency across both venture capital and M&A practices

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of corporate or transactional experience
• Demonstrated interest in developing expertise in both venture capital and M&A
• Korean language proficiency strongly preferred (ability to read and respond to Korean-language correspondence; fluency not required)
• Strong client management and deal execution capabilities
• Track record working on multi-jurisdictional or cross-border transactions

Compensation: $235,000 to $345,000.
