The work:

• Tax structuring and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
• Due diligence and tax compliance in PE transactions
• Legal research supporting transactional tax strategy
• Drafting of tax-related agreements and correspondence
• Transaction support from negotiation through closing
• Client advisory and relationship management

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of transactional tax experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• LLM in Taxation preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills
