Transactional Real Estate Associate, New Jersey and New York · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 firm with a strong real estate practice seeks a transactional associate with 2 to 4 years of property transaction experience. You'll work on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for clients spanning borrower, lender, and land use matters at every transaction stage.

The work:

• Structure and close acquisitions and dispositions of real property
• Manage leasing and ground lease transactions
• Handle land use and regulatory matters
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation for financed transactions
• Support borrower and lender-side real estate financing
• Work directly with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of real estate transaction experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Superior writing skills
• Experience representing borrowers, lenders, or on land use matters preferred
• License in good standing in New Jersey or New York
• Comfortable with daily client contact

Compensation: $235,000–$295,000 based on experience.
