Senior associate role in a multifamily residential lending practice serving Southern California's institutional investment market. This position involves handling sophisticated commercial lending transactions with focus on institutional investors and major residential property portfolios.

The work:

• Lead transactional matters on multifamily housing finance for institutional clients
• Manage documentation, underwriting coordination, and loan closing
• Advise on regulatory compliance, title, and lien issues
• Work on acquisition and refinancing transactions across the region
• Mentor and support junior team members

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of real estate or finance law experience
• California bar license in good standing
• Demonstrated expertise in transactional real estate or lending
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
• Leadership potential and initiative within the practice group

Compensation: $260,000–$295,000 based on experience.
