Toxic Tort Associate, Los Angeles · National Litigation Firm

We're recruiting an experienced toxic tort litigator for our Los Angeles and Oakland offices (or fully remote through our virtual option). You'll join our Complex Torts team, handling civil litigation spanning the full lifecycle of toxic tort matters.

The work:

• Conduct factual investigations, manage discovery, and draft pleadings
• Handle substantive motion practice and depositions in toxic tort litigation
• Work across California state and federal courts
• Manage multiple cases with competing deadlines
• Take a case from initial investigation through trial

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort practice
• Active California bar license
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
• Collaborative team player comfortable with client contact
• Compensation range: $180,000–$300,000 in California based on experience
