A global law firm with 3,500+ legal professionals seeks a senior associate for its Sydney Technology Transactions team. The firm works across technology, energy & infrastructure, and financial services matters.

The work:

• Leading complex technology transactions and client negotiations
• Advising on technology, telecommunications, privacy, and cyber law matters
• Managing client relationships on sophisticated technology and digital infrastructure matters
• Mentoring junior lawyers and building commercial expertise
• Collaborating with the firm's global network on cross-border technology matters

What they're looking for:

• 7+ years' post-qualification experience with Australian admission
• Strong commercial judgment and expertise in technology, telecommunications, privacy, or cyber law
• Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently
• Track record of mentoring junior lawyers
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a collegiate team environment
