Join a leading technology firm providing privacy and data protection counseling to corporate technology clients across multiple offices.

The work:

• Advising companies on U.S. federal and state privacy law compliance
• Developing and implementing data protection programs
• Conducting privacy assessments and building data protection maps
• Performing data protection impact assessments
• Drafting privacy policies and data processing agreements
• Counseling on emerging privacy issues including AI, advertising technology, health data, biometric data, and data involving minors

What they're looking for:

• Four to eight years of experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience advising on U.S. privacy laws and regulations
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior law firm experience valued
• Knowledge of evolving privacy areas such as AI and adtech

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $260,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The firm provides medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid holidays; and family care benefits. This is a hybrid role.
