This leading technology law firm is hiring a mid-to-senior associate to join its Technology Transactions team, advising on sophisticated commercial licensing deals and technology partnerships.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate complex technology licensing agreements, including AI-related technology licenses, software and content licensing, cloud hosting arrangements
• Advise on intellectual property development, technology transfer relationships, and strategic partnerships
• Counsel on compliance and emerging regulatory issues affecting technology transactions
• Support both emerging companies and market-leading enterprises on their most complex transactional matters
• Manage multiple client matters independently and within team settings

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of experience in technology transactions with emphasis on commercial and IP licensing
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in transactional contexts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in staying current on emerging legal developments in technology
• Commercial judgment and ability to deliver pragmatic counsel to clients

Compensation: $260,000-$365,000.
