Join our Sydney technology transactions team advising leading clients on complex matters across technology, data, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure. You'll work directly with partners on transactions involving client relationships, negotiations, and documentation.

The work:

• Advise on technology-focused transactions and digital infrastructure deals
• Handle contract negotiation, drafting, and technical analysis
• Support complex client matters with guidance from experienced partners
• Collaborate across the firm's global network on transactional matters

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years post-admission experience
• Australian legal admission preferred
• Background in technology, telecommunications, privacy, or cybersecurity law
• Strong commercial judgment and transaction experience
• Collaborative approach to team-based matters
