The work:

• Advise on commercial technology contracts spanning data center, supply, logistics, and distribution agreements
• Manage and negotiate contract manufacturing and supply chain arrangements
• Handle complex documentation and risk management for technology-driven transactions
• Work across diverse technology agreements
