Technology Transactions Associate, New York City · Magic Circle Firm

This is a mid-level technology transactions role at a Magic Circle firm's New York office. The role offers direct client contact and opportunity to develop expertise across technology agreements and corporate transactions.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating technology licenses (software, hardware, content), development agreements, and services contracts
• Structuring supply, distribution, collaboration, and manufacturing agreements across technology and digital media
• Supporting M&A transactions, including deal documentation and intellectual property due diligence
• Working directly with partners and clients on complex IP and technology issues

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of big law or in-house counsel experience
• Background in intellectual property law with demonstrated transaction expertise
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills across multiple technology agreement types
• New York Bar admission
• Compensation ranges from $235,000 to $365,000 depending on experience
