What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years in IP and technology transactions at a comparable firm
• Substantial experience with divestitures and commercial agreements
• Science or technical background a strong plus
• Familiarity with commercial AI arrangements (compute, infrastructure, partnerships) preferred
