Technology Transactions Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 10 Technology Firm

Work on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies at all stages of growth. You'll structure and negotiate licensing, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. The role also covers the IP components of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary deals. The firm seeks attorneys with 4-6 years of IP transaction experience, strong academics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A technical or science background is beneficial but not required.
