Technology Transactions Associate, Boston · Vault Top 20

A Vault top-20 firm seeks a mid-level or senior associate for its Technology Companies practice. You'll handle corporate transactions for technology clients at every stage of their lifecycle.

The work:

• Venture capital financings from early through late-stage rounds
• Mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
• Private and public securities offerings and compliance matters
• General corporate advice to technology companies
• Lead transaction components independently with team collaboration
• Manage deal execution from negotiation through closing

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of law firm experience
• Strong background in technology corporate transactions and venture finance
• Proven ability to manage substantial transaction components independently
• Excellent academic credentials and legal writing and communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly
• Deal sheet required
