The work:

• Mergers and acquisitions, financing, and strategic transactions
• Software licensing, systems agreements, and outsourcing
• Patent, trademark, copyright, and data licensing
• R&D agreements, joint ventures, and collaborations
• Commercial agreements

What they're looking for:

• Three to six years in transaction law or related experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to manage multi-party deals
• Technical background helpful but not required

Compensation aligns with market standards for this seniority. Salary range: $260,000–$390,000.
