A Vault top 10 firm's Technology Companies Group seeks a senior associate with 7-8 years of venture capital and emerging company experience.

The work:

• Advise high-growth technology companies on venture capital financings and emerging company transactions
• Structure and negotiate VC funding rounds, SAFE agreements, and equity instruments
• Advise on M&A transactions for emerging technology companies
• Work with leading venture capital investors and technology founders

What they're looking for:

• 7-8 years of law firm experience focused on venture capital, private offerings, and emerging company transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of VC financing structures and transaction documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Admission to applicable state bar

The firm has closed over 2,000 venture capital transactions in the past two years and maintains a deep Silicon Valley presence with a global platform.
