A top-tier law firm seeks a mid-to-senior associate to join its Technology Companies group in New York. You'll advise emerging and established technology companies on significant corporate and transactional matters.

The work:

• Early and late-stage venture capital financings
• Mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies
• Private and public securities offerings
• General corporate matters for technology clients
• Strategic structuring and transaction management

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and transactional work
• Direct experience representing technology companies across multiple transaction types
• Ability to manage substantial transaction components independently and collaborate on larger deals
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain within a short timeframe
