The work:

• Advise founders and emerging companies on formation and governance
• Handle venture financings across seed and later-stage rounds
• Prepare convertible notes, SAFEs, and equity issuances
• Position companies for acquisition or later-stage transactions
• Counsel clients on day-to-day corporate questions
