Taxation & Wealth Planning Associate, Multiple PA Locations · Regional Trusts & Estates Firm

A regional trusts and estates practice seeks an associate to join its fiduciary litigation group across multiple Pennsylvania locations. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in fiduciary disputes, bringing together litigation skills and deep knowledge of trust and estate administration.

The work:

• Manage fiduciary disputes including will contests, trust disagreements, and beneficiary accountings
• Prepare and draft non-judicial settlement agreements and trust administration documents
• Conduct legal research and write persuasive pleadings for court filings
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice in estate-related cases
• Advocate in Orphans' Court on trust and fiduciary administration matters

What they're looking for:

• Two to three years of experience in trusts, estates, or fiduciary dispute resolution
• Demonstrated strong writing and legal research capabilities
• Pennsylvania bar license required
• Prior experience handling fiduciary disputes preferred
• Familiarity with Orphans' Court practice is a plus
• Willingness to support clients across the firm's multiple Pennsylvania office locations
