The work:

• Advise on Australian income tax in corporate and financing transactions
• Structure cross-border investments, inbound and outbound
• Handle fund formation, structuring and advisory mandates
• Support redomiciliations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructures
• Advise on employee share scheme design and implementation

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years at a leading firm with deep Australian and international income tax expertise
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
• Strong client management, drafting and communication skills
• Commercial judgment and presence to handle complex transactional and advisory mandates
