Vault Top 10 firm seeks experienced tax associates for its New York office. The firm maintains a strong tax practice serving corporate clients and individuals across multiple industries. This is a role for practitioners with prior experience; the firm does not consider law students.

The work:

• Provide tax advisory services to clients on federal and international tax matters
• Draft tax opinions, memoranda, and related correspondence
• Conduct tax research and policy analysis
• Support tax planning initiatives and compliance work
• Assist with tax documentation and client reporting

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of tax law experience at a comparable law firm
• Strong academic background
• Understanding of federal tax principles and procedures
