Tax Associate, Nashville · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a mid-level tax associate based in Nashville with expertise in renewable energy tax credits or private equity M&A. This is a substantive, hands-on role within a long-established tax team.

The work:

• Advise on renewable energy tax credits or corporate transactions involving private equity acquisition
• Conduct due diligence, structure analysis, and transactional documentation
• Draft tax opinions and memoranda for complex transactions
• Work closely with senior tax attorneys and client stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of law firm tax experience
• Strong background in renewable energy tax credits or private equity M&A transactions
• Tennessee bar admission or ability to waive in
• Excellent writing and attention to detail
• On-site presence three or more days per week
