Tax Associate, Multiple US Locations, Vault Top 30 Firm

Energy and climate finance tax role at a top-tier firm. The position supports transactional work on project finance deals and commercial transactions in renewable energy, advanced nuclear, grid modernization, and other clean energy technologies. Associates handle federal tax credit structuring and analysis, focusing on the credits supporting clean energy development. You'll work with corporate, debt finance, and securitization teams on integrated transaction deals.

The work:

• Prepare and review tax documentation for project finance and energy infrastructure transactions
• Advise on federal tax credit structures and eligibility under applicable sections
• Support tax equity arrangements and monetization strategies
• Partner with corporate and finance counsel on deal teams
• Monitor and apply emerging tax policy changes affecting energy investments
