A leading finance firm is seeking a 2026 graduate to join their residential asset finance and securitization group in New York. This role is designed for someone eager to develop expertise in structured finance and build technical knowledge of asset-backed transactions.

The work:

• Analyzing residential asset-backed securitizations and related transactions
• Conducting legal research and due diligence on structured finance matters
• Drafting transaction documents and related materials
• Supporting deal teams on securitization transactions
• Developing technical knowledge of residential asset finance structures
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams on complex transactions
