Top-tier AmLaw 100 firm seeking structured finance associate for Los Angeles office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated transactional work across the securities market spectrum. You'll work on residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, and securitization transactions. The team advises on complex structuring, execution, and distribution for these instruments, including esoteric ABS and repackagings.

The work:

• Structure, execute, and distribute mortgage-backed securities (residential and commercial)
• Handle asset-backed securities and esoteric ABS transactions
• Work on collateralized loan obligations and re-securitization transactions
• Advise on bespoke structuring approaches for complex financings
• Support fast-paced, collaborative practice environment
