Structured Finance Associate, Boston, Los Angeles, New York · Global Finance Powerhouse

This top-tier global finance firm seeks a structured finance associate to join its securitization practice across three major financial centers. You'll manage complex transactions structuring, documenting, and distributing securities backed by pools of loans and other financial assets.

The work:

• Lead and manage securitization transactions from deal origination through closing
• Draft transaction documentation including credit facilities, indentures, and offering materials
• Conduct asset-level due diligence and structure analysis on underlying collateral
• Manage relationships with underwriters, rating agencies, and other transaction participants
• Support junior associates and coordinate with cross-practice specialists

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending experience at an AmLaw firm
• Strong legal research and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent judgment in client interactions and transaction problem-solving
• JD from accredited law school; admission to practice in your state of office required
