Join a respected regional law firm's Special Litigation practice handling complex matters for government entities and corporate clients. The role covers litigation, investigations, and regulatory compliance across government procurement law, international trade compliance, election law, energy and transportation regulation, health care litigation, insurance defense, and crisis management. This is a partnership-track position.

The work:

• Handle litigation matters at state and federal appellate levels
• Conduct investigations and compliance counseling on government and regulatory matters
• Advise on government procurement and agency law
• Work on international trade compliance matters including export and import regulations
• Counsel on election and political law compliance
• Defend in health care litigation, energy regulation disputes, and bad faith insurance matters
• Provide rapid response on crisis management issues

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience including appellate work
• Strong legal research and writing skills with significant public speaking experience
• Interest in government procurement, international trade, political law, health care litigation, or crisis management
• Partnership track opportunity
• Salary: $170,000–$239,000 depending on location and experience
