Senior Litigation Associate, Dallas · Leading Global Litigation Firm

Senior commercial litigation position at a global law firm with deep experience handling complex disputes for institutional and corporate clients across multiple industries. This is a substantive role managing sophisticated matters from case opening through trial, with real client responsibility and mentoring opportunities.

The work:

• Manage commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts through all case phases
• Draft and argue motions on substantive issues (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, evidentiary motions)
• Conduct depositions of fact witnesses and experts
• Develop and execute discovery strategy, including document review coordination
• Prepare witnesses and develop trial strategy
• Advise clients on litigation exposure and business implications
• Oversee junior attorneys on assigned matters

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience at a comparable firm
• Texas Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission
• Demonstrated experience with commercial disputes (contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims)
• Strong motion drafting and courtroom advocacy skills
• Track record managing multiple matters simultaneously
• Prior DOJ experience valued
• Strong academic credentials from law school
